The history of the Royal hunting lodges of Toxteth Park has been covered many times before so I hadn’t planned to include it here, but ever since reading Robert Griffiths’ book, I have tried to find an illustration of the Lower Lodge and until now had failed. As other people might have had the same problem I thought I should share it on this post.
